Meet the Founder: Chad

The trades have always been personal to me. My father worked in construction professionally and at home during my entire childhood, he was constantly renovating and fixing the homes we lived in. I grew up watching him take pride in his work, and I saw firsthand how much skill and dedication it takes to do what tradespeople do every day. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC techs, these are the people who protect the homes and spaces we live and work in. That matters.

After years of freelancing across different industries, I wanted to take the skills I had built and put them to work for people like my dad. Trades businesses are the backbone of every community, and most of them deserve a better online presence than they have. Colum exists to change that, by building one website at a time.
